My name is Bill, and I’m an experienced operator, attorney, and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built and led businesses across multiple industries — from consumer goods and supply chain to media, legal services and real estate.

Now, I’m focused on acquiring one great legacy business that I can run and grow for the long term. I’m not part of a private equity firm or a fund. This is a personal and professional commitment to carry forward what a business owner has worked hard to build — with care, respect, and operational experience.

• A U.S.-based business with $2–15M+ in annual revenue (Min. $1M EBITDA)
• Consistent cash flow and strong fundamentals
• Low customer concentration
• Main sectors: B2B, service-based (compliance driven and/or essential); Light manufacturing with service; Rentals
• Recurring or re-occurring revenue
• Strong brand and reputation
• Southern California preferred
• A team and culture worth preserving
• A seller looking for a thoughtful transition

My focus is on businesses that deliver essential services or products, have loyal customers, and are well-positioned for continued success. No restaurants, retail, tech startups, or volatile industries please.
