Led by Bill Levey, an experienced operator and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. Over the past 15+ years, Bill has built and led businesses across multiple industries — from consumer goods and supply chain to media, legal services, real estate and home services.

Now, we are focused on acquiring great legacy businesses to run and grow for the long term. This is a personal and professional commitment to carry forward what a great entrepreneur has worked hard to build with care, respect, and operational experience. • Low customer concentration
• Strong brand and reputation

• Preferred categories: Compliance-driven or essential service-based business (home or B2B); Light manufacturing with service; Rentals
